How fast do you ship?
We process and ship orders within 1–3 business days after payment. Delivery times may vary depending on shipping conditions and holidays. Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number via email.
How much is shipping?
Shipping cost depends on the size, weight of your order, and your delivery address. We offer free shipping within Sweden on orders over [e.g., SEK 600]. Exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
What happens if I don’t collect my package?
If your package is returned to us because it wasn’t collected, any new shipping costs will be charged to you if you’d still like to receive your order.
Returns questions
How do I return or exchange a product?
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to EU consumer law, plus we offer a 30-day return period to ensure you feel confident with your purchase.
To return an item:
- Visit the “Returns & Exchanges” page on our website and complete the return form.
- You’ll receive a return label via email, which you can either print or present as a QR code at PostNord.
- Attach the label to your package and drop it off at your nearest PostNord location.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund (excluding the return postage fee).
Who pays for return postage?
- For standard returns, a return shipping fee of SEK 49 will be deducted from your refund.
- If the item is faulty or we made an error, we cover the return shipping cost.
Can I exchange a product?
We don’t offer automatic exchanges. Instead, return your item as above and place a new order for the product you’d like.
Are there any items that cannot be returned?
Yes, returns do not apply to:
- Items with broken hygiene seals (e.g., makeup, underwear)
- Perishable or time-sensitive goods
- Customized or made-to-order items
What if the item I received is damaged or incorrect?
If your item is faulty or wrong, contact us immediately by email with your order number, a description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo. For approved claims, we’ll cover return shipping and either send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Legal Rights (EU Consumer Law)
Under EU law, you have a minimum 14-day cooling-off period to change your mind, without having to provide a reason. If you’ve already been properly informed by us, this period may be extended.
We must refund you within 14 days of receiving your item or proof of return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method — unless another option is agreed upon (source: EU Directive on consumer rights European Union+1).
