Make-Up for Wellbeing – A Natural Beauty Look

Make-Up for Wellbeing – A Natural Beauty Look

Make-Up for Wellbeing – A Natural Beauty Look

By Elleonore Fust, Wellness Editor

For me, beauty starts with how we take care of ourselves from the inside out. I like my make-up to enhance the glow I've nurtured through rest, nourishing food, skincare and self-care.

Make-up, to me, is about finding what feels natural. I love creating a base that works for any occasion, always guided by the idea that less is more. This gives space to play with different shades of blush, lips and eyeshadow depending on the mood or moment.

To achieve a natural base, it's important to find a skincare routine that suits your skin and to choose make-up with caring ingredients that blend beautifully with the products underneath. Take the time to discover what works for you and don’t hesitate to ask a skincare specialist for advice, since we all have different needs.

I love creating a sun-kissed foundation that gives a soft and glowing look with a natural radiance. My go-to base is a BB cream that allows my freckles to shine through. To enhance that sun-kissed feel, I apply a creamy bronzer - always with a light hand, because less is more.

A soft blush adds life to the face, and I shape my brows naturally with the right shade and a gentle gel. A touch of highlighter on the cheekbones, cupid’s bow and brow bone brings dimension and freshness to the look.

On the eyes, I vary my shades  but I tend to lean toward warm brown tones. I always use at least two shades to create depth and softness.

This is how I create my sun-kissed look with bronzer:

I apply bronzer gently on:
• The temples
• Along the cheekbones
• Across the bridge of the nose
• Sometimes on the eyelids – to give a cohesive, sun-kissed feel

My top tips for a wellbeing-inspired natural make-up look:

• Start with your inner glow – rest, nourishment, lymphatic massage
• Find a skincare routine that works for your skin
• Choose a make-up base that complements your skincare
• Experiment with blush, lips and eyes to express your natural beauty

Love, E.
