Recipe – the base
• 1/2 avocado
• 100 g frozen cauliflower
• 1 tbsp cacao powder (preferably raw)
• 1 tbsp nut butter (e.g., almond or cashew)
• 1 tbsp chia seeds
• 100–150 ml plant-based milk (adjust to desired consistency)
• Optional: 1 tsp collagen powder or protein powder
Toppings
• Blackberries (fresh or thawed)
• Cacao nibs
• A spoonful of nut butter
• Coconut flakes
How to make it
Blend all ingredients into a smooth, chocolatey cream. Pour into a bowl and top with blackberries and your favorite toppings.
