Matcha Smoothie
Smoothies are a wonderful way to nourish your body, and this chilled matcha smoothie is one of my absolute favorites. It’s loaded with antioxidants, helps sharpen your focus, and gives you lasting energy throughout the day.

Here’s a little tip: always keep some frozen bananas in the freezer  they make the perfect base for almost any smoothie.


Recipe

  • 200 ml (about 2 dl) of your preferred milk (I use almond milk)
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tbsp collagen powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tsp matcha powder

Instructions:
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Pour into a glass and enjoy!
